They’re are many customers and articles stating how great pine tar is for so many skin conditions. I have had so many request that I made the soap. It does have a strong charred wood smell, that may not appeal to all, but the benefits are great.

Pine Tar is produced by carbonizing pine wood using high heat. Pine Tar has a long history, it was used as the primary wood preservative in shipping before modern preservative methods were introduced. It was (and still is) used on horses hooves to help keep them moisturized.
